In the current landscape, digital transformation is profoundly reshaping the lighting and construction industry.
BIM, data interoperability, and the integration of diverse areas of expertise are no longer future trends, but core elements of the present.
It is within this context that lighting and building was born: an ecosystem built on the collaboration of three companies with complementary expertise, united by a shared vision: supporting lighting industry companies in their transition toward increasingly digital, integrated, and data-driven models.

At the core of this approach are three key areas: PIM data management, photometric data management, and BIM.
Three dimensions that, when integrated, enable the creation of a consistent information flow throughout the entire product and project lifecycle.

And that's not all. The ecosystem also extends to advanced 3D product configuration and the automated layout generation of catalogs, technical datasheets, and sales materials, effectively connecting technical data with communication and sales processes.

Not a single solution, but a system of interconnected expertise and technologies.

From the quality and structuring of product data, to the management of photometric information, through BIM process integration and the automated generation of various forms of output, every element contributes to creating a more robust, interoperable, and scalable digital environment.

The objective is clear: to transform the complexity of the industry into operational value by improving data quality, process efficiency, and collaboration among all stakeholders involved.
